The probiotic honey is obtained through an original Bulgarian technology as Lactobacillus bulgaricus was given to the bees and was added to the end product.
Probiotics are the natural enemies to the harmful microbes. The use therefore of antibiotics and toxic chemical substances in care and treatment of bees is useless. The honey is pure and natural. Additionally honey is enriched with Lactobacillus bulgaricus (more than 1 million of live cells in 1 g), amino acids, minerals, trace elements and vitamins, obtained during the natural lactic acid fermentation of milk. The pure honey preserves the cells of Lactobacillus bulgaricus alive for years. After taking the honey, the lactobacilli reproduce themselves quickly and cure the organism.
The probiotic honey combines the healthful and nutritive properties of the bee’s honey and yoghurt and restores the ancient formula – let food be thy medicine. It is a perfectly balanced food for children and adults.
Crystallization of the bee’s honey is a natural process. Do not heat it up, keep at a temperature lower than 50º C to preserve the lactobacilli alive. It does not contain any genetically manipulated microorganisms, preservatives or colouring agents. Recommended daily dose – 1-3 spoons. Suitable for adults and children aged 1 and above.
